OMG, this toner is EVERYTHING!! My skin has never felt this clean and refreshed in my life! I’m obsessed with how it wipes away all the leftover dirt and oil while keeping my skin hydrated and soft. I’m always on the lookout for products that give me good value for my money, and this toner definitely fits the bill. A little goes a long way, and it does a great job of getting rid of the last traces of dirt and makeup after cleansing.
